Once the core idea and materials are set, the project moves to our expert in-house CAD (Computer-Aided Design) designer. We collaborate with you to perfect every detail of the piece. Using advanced design software, we build the jewelry digitally, making adjustments and refining details until the design perfectly matches your style.
Step 3: Visualize
We leverage the power of modern technology so you can see exactly what your piece will look like before manufacturing even begins. Using the finalized CAD files, we create an actual 3D printout of your jewelry piece for you to look at and try on. This ensures the proportions, fit, and look are exactly what you envision before we move into production.
Step 4: Produce
Design is important, but execution is where we stand apart. Our production phase blends old-world hand-crafting knowledge with modern technical expertise. Our skilled bench jewelers cast the piece, meticulously file and pre-polish the metal, and hand-set every gemstone under magnification to ensure maximum security and symmetry.
Depending on the complexity of the piece, the entire journey to completion typically takes anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks. Every piece undergoes a thorough final quality check before it is ready for you to pick up.
